What you share
The request form collects your name, email, phone number, service ZIP code, property type, requested service, and message. Please avoid including payment details or other sensitive information in your message.
How it is used
These details are saved in the website’s database to support your service inquiry. Each request receives a reference number. When email notifications are sent, our email delivery service, Resend, processes the request details to deliver them to CONNEXX’s business inbox. If you are signed in, your site user ID may be associated with the request.
Service requests
Submitting the form records a request; it does not book service or confirm an appointment. We use the contact details you provide to discuss your request.
Your choices
Submitting a request is optional. To ask about a prior request or request its removal, email info@connexxhvac.com and include your reference number.
Site services
The hosting service processes requests needed to run the website and control access. The site uses Google Fonts to display its typography. The service-area map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap when you view it; your browser sends standard connection information to that service. The map does not request your device location. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added.
